The wider implications of the WL Vault7 leak

This will be a long and a bit of a rambling post but its something i've been thinking a lot about lately so i wanted to post to see if others have any similar ideas.
Wikileaks has released part one of its Vault 7 leaks, focussing on the CIA.
This particular leak details how the CIA exploit our technology to spy on us in our own homes and embed malware which potentially can harm us (ability to control vehicles and who knows what other critical systems) without leaving a trace.
In our 3rd-dimensional, every-day level of reality this is worrying, particularly taking into account the fact that these tools have now gone out into the wild and are potentially available to any group or individual with an interest in using them for nefarious purposes.
However, i want to put this in the context of our deeper reality, beyond the every-day "matrix" illusory reality.
I'm going to make some statements about consciousness and evolution without backing them up with evidence; however it will serve as background to what i want to say about the Vault7 leaks. I will try and make another post where i go into depth about the role consciousness and love play in evolution/expansion and provide evidence.
People on this forum seem to understand that at a deep level, everything is consciousness.
Consciousness which is expanding and evolving through a process of love and understanding itself.
Most people are familiar with the concept of Darwinian evolution, which goes some way to explaining the different species we see in the animal kingdom; however they may not be familiar with the deeper process of consciousness evolution/expansion which is going on every moment throughout all existence.
The basic particles of matter that make up our "solid" reality are simple expressions of consciousness and our whole planet is a conscious entity constantly evolving and expanding through this process of love and understanding.
We as humans are very intricate expressions of the Earth's consciousness, through our DNA we have encoded the understandings and expansion of all the living creatures that have come before us and as we love and understand ourselves and our place in the world we are helping to balance out the energies and evolve the whole Earth spirit into more expanded consciousness. This process of expansion depends on love and understanding and having the free will and freedom to follow our own unique path and have our uniqueness be loved and understood.
When we judge and hate we don't allow the process of expansion. When we exercise power over others and force our will upon them (or force our will on the environment) or act out of fear or envy and manipulate others, we block the expansion and are potentially causing a separation or splitting off in this evolutionary process.
How does this relate to wikileaks vault7?
As explained above, evolution happens on every level, from subatomic particles to hydrogen atoms all the way up to humans.
Sometimes there are giant evolutionary leaps, like the difference between single-celled bacteria and multi-cellular organisms. The Earth is on the cusp of one of these giant leaps now.
If you look around your home or work place you will probably see wires and you will probably be aware of wireless signals passing through. These can be looked at as the equivalent of the capillaries in your blood system or the neurons and nerves in our central nervous system.
What we call humanity is in the final stages of an evolutionary process; but not a simple "Darwinian" style evolution, a giant leap.This evolutionary leap is being facilitated by the internet and machine intelligence.
This relates to the WL Vault 7 leaks in that the path of our evolution can go in two different directions depending on how this technology is used.
The internet and machine intelligence will give us as a species the ability to create unlimited personal freedom to expand our consciousness' or conversely it could be used to spy on us, judge us, restrict our freedoms and control us.
In our 3d every-day reality level the WL leaks seems like its just about the CIA spying on us; however the bigger picture is that this type of spying is the seeds of the next stage of our planets evolution.
If we are constantly spied on by a central power who judges us, we judge ourselves and are unable to evolve/expand our consciousness. Similar to how observing a subatomic particle breaks the wave-form, when we look at ourselves or others in judgement or hate we limit ourselves.
My concern with the WL leaks is that if we give in to fear and hate and miss-use this technology to control people and spy on people this next stage of evolution would be a hellish nightmare, similar to the idea of the biblical anti-Christ.
