Apple has quietly changed its legal guidelines to now require U.S. law enforcement agencies to obtain a court order if they want access to specific aspects of the tech giant's customer data.
In Apple's updated guidelines, the tech giant will now only share customer data about push notifications with law enforcement "in response to a search warrant issued upon a showing of probable cause, or customer consent." In the past, the company accepted a subpoena to hand over customer data.
The critical difference between the two is that a subpoena compels the company to act in response to a request for information. In contrast, a search warrant is far more aggressive and authorizes a legal authority to take action to retrieve the information.

Cheer's for posting Yoda, so glad I have a old ancient phone lol and none of these type of phones, all I need my phone for is to text message and ring people on it. Folks though get suckered into these new gadget phones.

Oh most definitely, same like all these smart watches, smart TV's. WIFI, I don't have any of that shite, don't interest me to be honest. You now see people wearing these smart watches telling them their heart rate and how much sleep they have had and now can scan it at a supermarket to pay for your goods FFS people are so dumb at times just to show off that they have the latest gadget and don't realise just how watched and monitored they are.  |

When I was at the hospital doing my pre-admission clinic, there was a pregnant woman, probably 6months or so along, and she was on her laptop, right near the her womb. I was deliberating should I educate her on the dangers of EMF's in particular to unborn babies, what they can do to the development in many aspects. I chose to just shut the fuck up and let her roll those dice to find out the hard way, rather than cause something like her going off her nut because she'd be too ignorant to the education and her own stupidity to reconsider her practices.

I know exactly what you mean Yoda, sad thing is Folk just don't get it/understand it, I have seen women at work shove their mobile phone in their bra to hide it away from management whilst they are working on shift, not realising that a device such as that is right on their breast and lymph nodes, cancer cells accumulating will have a field day FFS. |
