Watcha got cooking for tea tonight?
Myself cooking some chicken drummer's with rubbed in Jerk seasoning, will have it with Jacket potatoes and cheese & broccoli pasta in sauce 😋

I create different dishes at home, then family members can replicate next time. The latest creation is flat buns cut in half (so you can make a sandwich style), next, make garlic butter, cook some chicken in the oven and caramelise some onions (white or red). Spread the garlic butter on the buns, put your chicken on the buns and and then the onions. Have as is or add mayonnaise or other sauce. If you're a pig like me, two just doesn't cut it. You need more to satisfy you for this dish. Bona-petit.
