I found this on Telegram by Michael Gill. Sorry I can't leave a link but Michael if you find yourself here, thank you. It's titled Red Pill 101. It's universal.
Red Pilling 101
In the interest of working past our differences, a list of potential questions and talking points to engage in productive discussion. Feel free to add anything that may have worked, or that you find effective. First, and foremost it is important to remember how effective mass media brainwashing is. You will never convince a liberal person, or most Democrats that Trump was/is a good guy, abandon that notion. For these types of conversations to be productive, you almost have to be neutral in your political stance to avoid putting up someone’s defenses. Talking about Covid, and the vaccines is a slippery slope. The amount of evidence in black and white is overwhelming, but another way to put someone’s back up is to tell them straight out that they have been duped. If it is pushed, the best stance to take (in my opinion), is to say: “The vaccines may be very helpful, or not, I do not really know the answer to that; however wouldn’t you agree that every American should be able to make their own medical choices?” If the answer is “no people should be doing their part to protect everyone.” Do not combat them, follow with: “Well if the government should be in charge of protecting the welfare of all Americans forcibly, shouldn’t they have long ago banned the sale of cigarettes? Heart disease related to smoking is one of the number one killer of Americans, and is a drain on our medical resources. Should obese people be forced to diet? Should they stop selling peanut butter? Alcohol? Where should the line be drawn between freedom of choice, and mandated health care?” If the answer is yes to that question…Change the subject!! This one is deep under the veil. Awakening: This should be a little easier, because at the end of the day most people want the same things. To raise their families in peace, to live free, and most importantly make their own choices. I found the best way to get people to open their eyes is not to batter them with information, but to gently bring them to a point where they ASK for it, this is in my mind the best way to overcome cognitive dissonance. Questions: “Do you think politicians are ever honest? Do you still think they work for the American people?” (Not Democrats…vague..politicians. All of them.) This may lead to calling Trump the antichrist, or any number of other unpleasant roads. Without negating their rhetoric, simply continue that none of them are trustworthy. They all get rich off lobbyist, and big corporations that pay to dictate legislature that we are forced to live with. You can use just about any example of simple issues, for example: “What would you do to clothe and feed the homeless?” Just about everyone I have ever spoken to has some notion of how to accomplish this, and when they state their idea simply say “If you and I can talk for 5 minutes and come up with a solution, why can’t our legislators, after decades of this being a problem find an easy solution?” Get them thinking off the grid, many have lived with blinders on, and have been sucked in to the Hegelian dialect that the solutions are limited to what they have been told. “Do you think our planet is in jeopardy from pollution, and industrialization? There are millions of ideas, and inventions that could potentially combat this problem, don’t you think our government should be employing those solutions, rather than passing on a carbon tax, and personal restrictions?” “Is it right that you and I should pay for pollution, and carbon emissions, while big corporations get taxation loopholes?” I typically try to use mainstream agendas to work against themselves, because upon even moderate inspection it is easy to see the hypocrisy of these notions.
Global warming- Why are the people in power not employing solutions?
Healthcare- Why don’t we have medicines that cure us?
Politics- It has gone back and forth right and left, so why do policies really never change?
War- Do you really believe the working class people of that (insert any country we have gone to war with) WANT to be involved in a war? If so why does everyone want to come to America?
Economy- Capitalism, socialism, or other…Why do private bankers hold more than 99% of the WORLD’S money if there is a difference? Even communist countries are beholden to elite bank financiers for their economy, and relative interest rates. Shouldn’t there be a difference if those types of economy are different?
Racism- Have you ever met someone of a different color, or race then you that you instantly did not like simply because they were not like you? Do you think there are many people that do think like that?
All of us have found mountains of proof, that is the reason some of us are newly awakened. The hard part is waking someone from the system. It is ingrained into most, and at the first sign that they are being told that what they know has been a lie, that they have been deceived. Most will become defensive, and any attempt to show evidence will be met with staunch contempt, and an almost instant reversion to regurgitating main stream rhetoric. I don’t know how helpful this will be, but I hope that more Anons will start to come around to the idea, that even though the “normies” ridicule, doubt, and vilify us, they are not the enemy. Our job is to help lift the veil so they can see who the enemy really has been all along. Most of these talking points all have the same predictable outcome that the powers that be have employed for a very long time against the American people (worldwide really), they cause there to be factions, division. The Great Awakening is about breaking down those walls, and shining a light on our similarities, and guiding us forward to what the human race should be spiritually, societal, and technologically. I feel like there is a ton that I am missing, and to be honest this is my first attempt at writing something like this, constructive criticism is welcome!

Do you think there are many people that do think like that? Global warming- Why are the people in power not employing solutions? Because the excuses they use for climate change are bullshit
Healthcare- Why don’t we have medicines that cure us? Big pharma won't continue to make Billions of 's per annum if the population is healthy.Politics- It has gone back and forth right and left, so why do policies really never change? Because the narrative/agenda is the driving force and if it doesn't suit the narrative/agenda it will keep the policies that do in place for the goal to be achieved.
War- Do you really believe the working class people of that (insert any country we have gone to war with) WANT to be involved in a war? If so why does everyone want to come to America? They are invited (certain ethnicities). So they too can be exploited. The more the merrier.Economy- Capitalism, socialism, or other…Why do private bankers hold more than 99% of the WORLD’S money if there is a difference? Even communist countries are beholden to elite bank financiers for their economy, and relative interest rates. Shouldn’t there be a difference if those types of economy are different? Those who control the banks control the worlds finances and any outcome. They create the narrative/agenda.
Racism- Have you ever met someone of a different color, or race then you that you instantly did not like simply because they were not like you? Do you think there are many people that do think like that? Yes. It is so unfortunate that many lower levelled consciousness people do. As they don't realise that the other person of different ethnicity is just a reflection of themselves have a different experience. As we are all connected. We are all one.

Yoda, those questions are sculpted for those who are blue pilled. Not you or I. We know. Yes you are right, but it's worth noting that they need to see the answers by those of us that are 'red pilled'.

The Belmarsh Tribunal Comes to London/The Belmarsh Tribunal: The War On Terror is Put on TriallinkJust after the bombshell revelations about the CIA plot to kidnap and assassinate WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange while he sought political asylum in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, the Progressive International comes to London with the first physical Belmarsh Tribunal. The intervention comes ahead of Assange’s extradition proceedings, which are set to continue in London’s High Court from 27 to 28 October 2021. Inspired by the famous Russell-Sartre people’s tribunal, the Belmarsh Tribunal places the War on Terror on trial and holds the US government accountable for its war crimes. It is named for the London prison that has held Assange in permanent confinement for the last two years, as he faces extradition to the US, whose government plotted his assassination. The Belmarsh Tribunal will hold its first physical proceedings in London on the 22 of October 2021 at the Convocation Hall, Church House, Westminster, which was used for sittings of parliament during the Second World War. The Belmarsh Tribunal will gather leading figures from politics, the law and journalism, to shed light on the US crimes that were revealed by WikiLeaks – torture, violence, illegal spying – but also to speak about the existing crimes of both US and UK against Julian Assange for exposing their illegal and unjustifiable actions. Among the speakers who will appear both in physical presence and via “live-stream” are Tariq Ali, Renata Ávila, Apsana Begum, Richard Burgon, Jeremy Corbyn, Rafael Correa, Özlem Demirel, Deepa Govindarajan Driver, Daniel Ellsberg, Selay Ghaffar, Markéta Gregorová, Heike Hänsel, Srećko Horvat, Ken Loach, Annie Machon, Stefania Maurizi, John McDonnell, Yanis Varoufakis, Ben Wizner and Eyal Weizman. “After the revelations about the murderous CIA plans to kill a publisher and journalist on British soil, not only the current US government but also the UK government must be held responsible for still keeping Assange in prison”, says philosopher Srećko Horvat, cabinet member of the Progressive International and one of the founders of the Belmarsh Tribunal. “The Biden administration should drop the charges against Assange and the UK government should free him immediately and end the suffering and torture of a courageous man who has committed no crime. In a society in which telling the truth becomes a crime, we are all accomplices of crime as long as Assange is in prison.” “Wikileaks exposed crimes of US empire in Afghanistan, Iraq and beyond. At the Belmarsh Tribunal, we will turn the world the right way up, placing crimes of war, torture, kidnapping and a litany of other gross human rights abuses on trial,” says Jeremy Corbyn, Progressive International council member and member of the Belmarsh Tribunal. “The perpetrators of these crimes walk free, often still prominent public figures in the US, U.K. and elsewhere. They should be held accountable for the lives they destroyed and the futures they stole.”
