Link does not work.
I am familiar with sun gazing. The group that talked about it said to do it at sunrise and sunset. Just before the sun immerges and goes down. Increase the amount of time very slowly until you can gaze at it at full sun.
I always thought this was dangerous. If our eyes were programmed to gaze at the full sun, we would have been equipped with the ability.

I have done the many times. As light is information. Think of fibre optics, data is transferred via light, same as the sun. It transfers cosmic data on small sector/individual scale. Did you know that black holes transmit data/information? They do this on the galactic scale (the galaxy).
