My neighbour sent me this. I was jumping out of my skin watching it. It mentions in the video a particular person, Riccardo Bosi. Ex SAS Lt.Col, leader of AustraliaOne party now.
I had the pleasure of serving with him back in the early 90's when he was a Captain. He was and is a legendary man. I'm not much of a follower, but I would go into battle along side this guy. I also had the experience of being under the command of Lieutenant Gen. Frewen, when he was Captain also back in the 90's. Who is Frewen? He is in charge of co-ordinating the vaccination roll-out in Australia via the Morrison Government.

OSHA Suspends Enforcement of Vaccine Mandate After Court BlockThe Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has suspended the enforcement of the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private businesses. The announcement came shortly after a U.S. appeals court rejected a challenge by the Biden administration on Nov. 12 and reaffirmed its decision to put on hold OSHA’s mandate, which requires that businesses with 100 employees or more ensure that workers either be vaccinated against COVID-19 by Jan. 4, 2022, or be tested weekly and wear a mask. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans stated in an opinion that OSHA’s mandate is “staggeringly overbroad,” and ordered it to “take no steps to implement or enforce the Mandate until further court order.” The court had previously issued a temporary halt to the mandate on Nov. 6 pending litigation. “The court ordered that OSHA ‘take no steps to implement or enforce’ the ETS ‘until further court order.’ While OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation,” the Labor Department affirmed in a statement in recognition of the court’s ruling. At least 27 U.S. states, as well as private employers, religious organizations, and other groups, have sued the Biden administration, claiming that it’s exceeding its authority in issuing the mandate. In the Fifth Circuit Court’s reaffirmation on Nov. 12, it stated that the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate “raises serious constitutional concerns” and “likely exceeds the federal government’s authority.” The Epoch Times has contacted Biden administration officials for comment. Meanwhile, White House officials have continued to call on employers to adhere to the vaccine mandate for private businesses after the initial Nov. 6 ruling. “We think people should not wait,” White House principal deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters on Nov. 8, responding to a question on whether employers should hold off on requiring employees to be vaccinated after the court put the mandate on hold. “We say: do not wait to take actions that will keep your workplace safe,” Jean-Pierre said. “It is important and critical to do, and waiting to get more people vaccinated will lead to more outbreaks and sickness.” Employers “should not wait” for legal matters to be resolved before adhering Biden’s vaccine requirement, Jean-Pierre added. “They should continue to go—move forward and make sure that they’re getting their workplace vaccinated,” she said. link

More detailed information on the Appeals Court rulingThe U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit again ruled against President Joe Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate Friday. According to the court, the mandate — which is enforced as an emergency temporary standard via the Occupational Safety and Health Administration — is “likely unconstitutional.” The court explained: The Constitution vests a limited legislative power in Congress. For more than a century, Congress has routinely used this power to delegate policymaking specifics and technical details to executive agencies charged with effectuating policy principles Congress lays down. In the mine run of cases—a transportation department regulating trucking on an interstate highway, or an aviation agency regulating an airplane lavatory—this is generally well and good. But health agencies do not make housing policy, and occupational safety administrations do not make health policy. In seeking to do so here, OSHA runs afoul of the statute from which it draws its power and, likely, violates the constitutional structure that safeguards our collective liberty. The panel of three appellate court justices indicated they believed the Biden administration is seeking to use OSHA to enact its COVID vaccine mandate as a “work-around” for the federal government’s glaring lack of legal authority to enforce such a broad mandate. Their perspective toward the Biden administration’s motive was located in a footnote in the court opinion. In that footnote, the court cited a “retweet” by Klain. The footnote read: On September 9, 2021, White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain retweeted MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle’s tweet that stated, “OSHA doing this vaxx mandate as an emergency workplace safety rule is the ultimate work-around for the Federal govt to require vaccinations.” See, e.g., Pet’rs Burnett Specialists, Choice Staffing, LLC, and Staff Force Inc.’s Reply Brief at 4 The footnote was connected to “work-around” in what the court wrote, “After the President voiced his displeasure with the country’s vaccination rate in September, the Administration pored over the U.S. Code in search of authority, or a ‘work-around,’ for imposing a national vaccine mandate. The vehicle it landed on was an OSHA ETS.” At the time that Klain retweeted Ruhle, it was predicted that Klain would regret essentially endorsing what Ruhle said. link

'Dead' Man Comes Back to Life After Spending Night in Mortuary FreezerAn Indian man who had been declared dead following a gruesome accident stunned doctors and his grieving family members when he suddenly came back to life after spending a staggering seven hours in a mortuary freezer. According to a local media report, the astounding tale began last Thursday evening when Sreekesh Kumar was struck by a motorcycle in the city of Moradabad. When the unfortunate man was taken to a local hospital, doctors determined that he had died due to injuries from the collision as he showed no signs of life. Kumar's body was subsequently placed in a mortuary freezer overnight ahead of a postmortem examination the following day, which is when things took a surprising turn. The next morning, as the man's heartbroken family were preparing to complete the necessary paperwork for an autopsy to be performed, his sister-in-law stopped in her track when she saw his body moving. "He's not at all dead, in fact far from it. How did this happen," she exclaimed, "look, he wants to say something, he is breathing!" Kumar's other loved ones as well as doctors and police on site quickly ran over to look and, indeed, the 'dead' man was quite alive. Medical personnel promptly removed him from the chilly setting and transported him to a unit where he is currently being treated for injuries sustained in the accident. As for how the mix-up could have happened, the head of the hospital indicated that Kumar had been examined several times by doctors that evening and was ultimately declared dead because they could not detect a pulse. Calling it an "extraordinary situation," he theorized that the accident victim could have entered into a state of "suspended animation" which led to the grave misdiagnosis. Meanwhile, one unnamed worker at the hospital theorized that Kumar's revival may have been miraculous as the freezer holding his body had flipped on and off throughout the night which he believes may have somehow brought the man back to life. link
