Lloyds to close another 44 bank branchesThe move comes in addition to previous announcements and means a total of 100 branches will close this year. Lloyds and Halifax branded branches in England and Wales are included in the latest closure programme. The Unite union condemned the move, saying the bank was "walking away from local communities". "The decision to further erode its presence within our communities is baffling," said Unite national officer Caren Evans. "The closure of 44 more bank branches will deny our communities of essential services such as access to cash and experienced highly trained staff. A local ATM is not a suitable alternative to a staffed bank branch." link

I wonder what bullshit MSM will say via their script, what, who and why caused the building to collapse? I'm at my in-laws this week and they have the news on all the time. My vibration just tanks when I'm here, including how I eat. Ugh.
Anyway, I heard something about the strata that the buildings are on. How they're basically filled-in swamps and the buildings can sink at much as 2 millimeters per year. So yea, it's basically "whoopsie shouldn't of built there" despite the building having been fine for 40 years, and there's thousands of buildings like that up and down the coasts of Florida.

Interesting andromedan. That may be the case but those buildings were detonated in my humble opinion.

Then why would the building collapse in its own footprint and the other adjacent buildings didn't come down. And if demolitions explosives were used, why did they do the demolitions while people where in the building still?
It was a calculated, targeted attempt (validation required) on the lives of particular targets. Coinciding with what you said andromedan, "that the strata was built on a swamp". Still, it doesn't' compute for a demolition to take place with the residents still occupying. It was deliberate.

Silicon Valley is trying to 'cure' old age. Is that a good idea?
There's a new field of research taking Silicon Valley by storm: the quest for eternal life.
Depending on who you ask, the "life extension" industry is about to change the world forever, or is all just nonsense.
"[Ageing] is a medical problem. And furthermore, it's a really serious one that affects everybody … But it's one that we are, in principle, capable of solving," says Aubrey de Grey, the controversial co-founder of the SENS Research Foundation in California.
The promise of some anti-ageing prophets like Dr de Grey, and the experiments giving their claims an air of possibility, has attracted the interest, and money, of tech billionaires.
Today, Silicon Valley is littered with life extension labs and start-ups funded by everyone from Amazon's Jeff Bezos to Google.
As these labs continue to grow, Dr de Grey predicts that life extension may be on the precipice of becoming "the biggest industry on earth".
Money does not necessarily lead to success, however, and some researchers have accused Dr de Grey of pedalling pseudoscience.
Needless to say, there are significant challenges for scientists attempting to push the human lifespan beyond its current upper limit of around 120 years.
But as new scientific discoveries, and new ways of thinking move life extension forward, humanity may soon find itself dealing with the implications of extended, or even limitless life.
What they more than likely realise is that the cycle of life and death equals spiritual and the growth of consciousness. Giving people the option of immortality will definitely erode the ability to grow. Very bad and sad move. As our intentions are to be here for short time to experience life in a physical and material existence and not one that is long and drawn out. - Yoda

And now the bullshit starts....
‘Pancaked’: Florida’s condo collapse
Authorities are at a loss to explain how one wing of a 40-year-old apartment block on the Florida coast suddenly collapsed in the early hours of Thursday morning, resulting in deaths, injuries and leaving scores of residents still missing.
But theories are emerging.

I haven't posted anything on John McAfee who it was reported commit suicide in a Spanish jail. The U.S. was trying to extradite him. Not sure if that went through before his apparent suicide.
But here is what I know and have recently learned. He was computer genius. He created the computer protection software uploaded on millions of computers (including mine).
Well after reading some information on him here is what I have ascertained.
He wrote this on his social media site: I've collected files on corruption in governments. For the first time I'm naming names and specifics. I begin with a corrupt CIA agent and two Bahamian officials. Coming today, if I'm arrested or disappear 31+ terabytes of incriminating data will be released to the press.
To which someone added: “Well, well, well, well, well, John, son of a bitch. Nice going, but he didn't finish his story. John, as it turns out, had remote access through his anti-spam software to the offices of government officials such as Hillary Clinton and others. Over a long period of time, he had accumulated terabytes of dirt on our friends' involvement in pedophilia and other dirty political deals. Then, he created at last a crypto token which he named "Epstein didn't kill himself" and by putting it on the blockchain and ERC20 he tied it to a wallet which he named "Whaked" (remember the tattoo on his arm), which password he encrypted and put on the social network on a paper with letter "Q" (...) the pedo ring of this world. His friend has already decrypted the password and terabytes of compromise went to etherium blockchain and then to pyrethat bay. The only way to remove the dirt from the blockchain is to destroy the entire etherium structure, which is essentially impossible.”
Apparently his apparent suicide wasn't a suicide. Stay tuned for the release of the data he has collected. Not sure how long that will take but now you know the foundation of the story.
