During my awakening many things had changed in my life apart from the obvious. I stopped eating processed foods sugary drinks caffeinated coffee. Also drinking filtered water via an eight stage filter process that claims to remove fluoride, chlorine and other junk in it. Also using fluoride-less toothpaste. Eating more vegetables and fruit. All to cleanse and keep the pineal gland clear and to maintain a higher vibration. The changes that occur after all this are amazing, even if not awake, this will assist in the process of becoming so.

I changed too with my diet after awakening. I started eating better and hit the gym a lot. I got in really good shape. Then I went through a ton more crap drama and quit eating healthy and exercising. It didn't have any change on my psychic abilities at all, but sure did teach me some valuable lessons in life. Biggest one...being more wise as how to process negativity and when to close the door on it, either through perspective of just closing the door on it. A decade after all the drama that set me off my track of eating healthy and exercise, I am finally back on track again. Got one week and two days in. Woohnoo!
Thankfully, the waters were I live have no fluoride added to it! The local school tries to hand out fluoride tablets, and I don't let my kids take them. Sadly only one or two other kids are in the same boat as my kids, not taking it.

Good on you amber, I'm still trying to convince my family not to use fluoridated toothpaste.

My kids and I use a combo of coconut oil and charcoal. It comes in a powder form and we have the paste also. My husband is stuck in his ways and uses brands with fluoride.
