Came across a method of doing push-ups with a twist. I've known about the 'hold in each position for a couple of seconds' technique, but this makes it challenging and be beneficial for some like myself with limited mobility. As it gives you a total workout all over and can be done inside or out in small amount of space.
I'll keep you posted of my progress. At the moment, definitely not in my peak as I was 20 years ago. Can only give it a go.

The one guy on the end does them like I do with my fist instead of a flat hand. There is a technique where you point your hands in towards each other ( having your pointer fingers touch and your thumbs, making a diamond) and that works out your triceps really well.

If you still believe what the MSM tells you, raise your hand. Now slap yourself with it.
