What is meant by vibration?
If you think of this in a scientific way it may help to understand it better.
Our soul, our body's life force is energy, which is combined with our consciousness, like light from a light bulb for example. The combination of the soul and consciousness to my understanding is measured as density.
As your density increases it will vibrate at a higher frequency. There are different opinions on how many levels of consciousness/levels of density. MO is that there are 12. The majority of older generations on Earth are primarily 3rd density with some moving into 4th density. While and even smaller percentage at 5th level. Then there are many of us that are 4th density and a slightly larger percentage of 5th density.
Everything in that is natural in the universe has a consciousness or a least, an awareness. The Earth was a 3rd density planet. It is in a transfiguration phase. It currently shifting from 3rd to 4th and finish at 5th level density.
As the Earth was a 3rd density planet most of us were compatible with our own and the Earth densities. As the Earth has/is levelling up some of us are left behind. Ever wonder why the world is so crazy with all the bullshit that's going on? Part of the reason is of this shift. Most of us are still in 3rd density and the planet is now 4th density. It is messing with peoples heads, as they're borderline compatible in frequency and vibration with the planet. Those fully anchored into 4th density are ok. Higher densities can exist in lower density environments but can find it draining. As the Earth continues to evolve consciously, we have to as well if we wish to remain compatible with our home, Earth.
So how do we raise our vibration?
There are several methods this can be done and they are quiet simple and easy.
Other things to consider is health. By means of diet and exercise.
Diet being a source not only to raise but to maintain your higher vibration.
High source of vibration in food can be achieved with red coloured foods such as strawberries. Blue and black coloured fruits such as blue an black berries. Leafy greens etc. Things that should be consumed to a minimum is red & processed meats. As they harbour the negative emotions of the animal prior to slaughter which is consumed and becomes part of our framework. Counter-productive. I am not perfect, I don't eat red meat or pork, I eat plenty of fruit and veg with chicken and seafood. Do your own research for what you can have in your diet and raise your vibration.
