What is Agenda 21?
Agenda 21 is a document and a planned strategy conceived and planned by guess who, none other than our top 1%/Cabal.
The official narrative as described by Wikipedia.
Agenda 21 is a non-binding action plan of the United Nations with regard to sustainable development. It is a product of the Earth Summit held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1992. It is an action agenda for the UN, other multilateral organizations, and individual governments around the world that can be executed at local, national, and global levels. One major objective of the Agenda 21 initiative is that every local government should draw its own local Agenda 21. Its aim initially was to achieve global sustainable development by 2000, with the "21" in Agenda 21 referring to the original target of the 21st century.

In brief, Agenda 21 was drawn up by the United Nations. In it it said by a certain date all governments would be one, all peoples would be living cities, own no land, cars or homes. Not allowed to pollute or damage the environment, harm another individual, control family size, and must support the "party" line, etc.
There is also Agenda 30.

Now, one of the things I notice after studying this a few times, is the facilitators of Agenda 21 (sustainable developments) and the climate change agenda is 'they', including the cabal blame humanity for our discretions inflicted upon our planet. Now how does that work if they employ people to drill for their oil & gas, dig in their mines, the deforestation of lands etc. Too much pollution? How can this be avoided if 'they' suppress, deny, destroy any chance of those brilliant minds that have come up with alternate means of power generation and fuels. Pointing the finger of blame at the wrong people. Just think about that.
