Our service provider that provides server hosting for these forums and runs the infrastructure itself (proboards) has included VigLink on some outgoing links from this forum. I tried to see if there was anyway to remove it or pay to disable it, unfortunately there is not at the moment. The hope is with the new V6 software coming out for the forums, that they will offer a way to remove it or pay to have it disabled. For more information on Viglink, I included links at the bottom. Ultimately, these forums are anonymous and discretion is up to the community.

When using plugins such as uBlock origin, and other ad-blockers, there may arise an issue where you are presented with a warning page like this when clicking on outbound links from these forums:

This is due to a service that the hosting providers put in as an extra way to get money. Currently there is not a way for us to personally disable it or even pay to disable it. In the future when a new version of this forum software is released, my hope is it won't be included. Nothing is personally earned off the viglinks, it all goes to our forum hosting provider. We already pay for ad-free, the domain, and linking the domain to these forums. Nothing is earned off these forums and we will continue to be transparent.

To learn more about what viglinks is, feel free to visit the wiki: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VigLink
VigLink is a San Francisco-based, outbound-traffic monetization service for publishers, forums, and bloggers. VigLink specializes in in-text advertising and marketing.
Links posted on this forum will sometimes unfortunately contain a viglink embed within the url when clicking it as an outbound link. This thread is to give context as to why that is happening and why we can't disable it ourselves. Hopefully in the future it can be disabled, until then thanks for understanding.
