Hello, I’m currently going through the process of the dark night of the soul which means that I’m unable to imagine things like I used to the light in my eyes seems darker and keep on having conversations with god and death I will gladly accept tips on how to deal with it and to know how to navigate the boat more correctly Plus I’m always seeing this blue dots out of the sight of my eye which I explain to myself from a Rodriguez song sugar man: for a blue coin won’t you bring back all those colors to my dreams. I’m currently taking anti psychotics and they seem to not act properly I’m feeling most of the time at stress and without balance. Does anybody out there have tips for my current condition? Thanks

Hi friend. Hope you are doing well and get a chance to read these replies. Dark nights of the soul can feel quite lonely and destitute. Do know that you are always safe and protected and being watched over not only physically but mentally and spiritually.
A few things that help with Dark Nights is deep, relaxed breaths. Your body responds to your breathing state and keeping yourself out of fear and anxiety/paranoia while undergoing dark nights of the soul is quite beneficial.
Drinking plenty of water, and not eating heavy meals will also help. Watch sugar, salt, and greasy/heavy food intake as your body undergoes cleansing. You are becoming awakened and as such your body will respond appropriately. Keep your head and chin up and know that even if people in real life don't understand what you are going through, there are many throughout the world and cosmos that know exactly what you are talking about and have experienced similar dark nights. It is different for everyone but stay strong and positive thoughts and mantras go a long way in helping to balance. Keep a healthy outlook and the law of attraction will do the rest. Safe travels, happy journey to the light, and if you need anyone to open up to we are here for you. Take care friend and I hope something here helps while you undergo the journey. All the love and light to you, stay strong.
