Hunter Biden gets arrested.Elements of the U.S. military working under JAG authority arrested Hunter Biden on Monday morning as he and two underage female companions tried to reenter the United States after deboarding a chartered flight that originated in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. According to sources familiar with the arrest, U.S. Customs and Immigration Services detained Hunter Biden and friends moments after they had claimed baggage at Dulles International Airport in Washington, D.C. Bill Gates Military Tribunal: Day 2Animosity soared to new heights at the start of Day 2 of Bill Gates’ military tribunal, with his lawyer, the dishonorable David Baluarte, accusing the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of “steamrolling” his client on patently false charges. Law firm begins challenge against public health orders in NSW Supreme Court
A Sydney law firm has commenced a legal challenge against public health orders and mandatory vaccine pushes in the state’s highest court this morning.
More than 19,000 people tuned into the online commencement hearing, as the court heard over 300 pages of written statements have been tendered with this claim.
NSW DYSTOPIA CHALLENGED
During Episode #68 of the General Knowledge Podcast, we asked the question: Where are all the genuine lawyers out there that will actually take this continued authoritarianism to the courts?
We had heard of ‘class actions’, ‘Nuremberg trials’ and many petitions, but a distinct lack of actual legal proceedings had yet to occur — presumably because most human rights commissions subscribe to the mainstream narrative that ‘your rights end when you endanger others’.
As a result, they fail to see the need to challenge the actual evidence that anybody is in danger, or that these lockdown measures are even justified to begin with.
However, one firm has stepped forward to answer the call.
A legal challenge against mandatory COVID-19 vaccines and extended police powers has been launched in the NSW Supreme Court this morning.
Sydney solicitor Tony Nikolic filed the suit against Health Minister Brad Hazzard and Chief Health Officer Dr. Kerry Chant in the NSW Supreme Court earlier this week.
The matter heard for the first time during an introduction session today (in full below).
The Law firm, Ashley, Francina, Leonard & Associates — of whom Nikolic is Managing Director – argues that the public health orders requiring “a broad class of workers” to be vaccinated are illegal and unconstitutional, as are the extra powers granted to police to enforce public health orders.
The suit will seek a declaration that the NSW public health orders are invalid and a ban on any further orders made by Mr Hazzard and Dr Chant.
“We have received thousands of inquiries from front-line workers – police, paramedics, nurses, aged care (staff), doctors, firefighters – construction workers, teachers, airline staff, miners, truck drivers, university students, mums, and dads and, importantly, employers,” a release by the group reads.
It is our view that vaccine compulsion strips citizens of their basic human rights, including their right to work, their right to bodily integrity, and their right to informed consent to medical treatment without coercion.
No one is above the law, including ministers and public health officers.”
In a post to Facebook on Saturday, Nikolic praised Australians for their opposition to mandatory vaccinations and lockdowns, stating that the firm will fight for the rights of citizens
“You are born free, free to choose, freedom from arbitrary detention, freedom of bodily integrity – don’t give it away for free,” he said.
He ended the post by saying: “Don’t be bullied.”
The back half of the year sets to be very interesting with this new development.
CASE BEGINS

Nothing special was achieved today, as was expected with the opening procedures.
The defending side claims they have not had enough time to read the 300 pages of affidavits and arguments brought forward by the firm to them.
The material seeks to raise a number of questions about the validity or unreasonableness of the NSW legislation, and at least three questions relating to the constitution, Justice John Sackar said.
The case has been adjured until Wednesday next week, in which the judge has asked both parties to come to an agreed set of questions, and to decide if there are any legal objections to the lodging.
Finally – and perhaps most importantly – the Commonwealth is seeking to have Brad Hazzard and Kerry Chant removed from personal litigation in this case.
“I now have instructions to seek to have them removed as parties in the matter … the state of New South Wales is a party that is the more appropriate for it,” defending lawyer Megan Caristo said.
It was a “sensible” point, Justice Sackar said, asking lawyers acting for the plaintiff to consider it before a hearing at 9am on Wednesday.

It’s fascinating that two senior FDA officials who have overseen decades of mass vaccinations have now finally reached the end of their tolerance for crimes against humanity. They resigned earlier this week, citing the astonishing fact that the White House, CDC and UN have conspired to lock the FDA out of vaccine approval decisions, bypassing FDA regulatory authority and pushing vaccines for political reasons that have no scientific basis. (FDA director Woodcock is on board with the crimes, of course, which is why she’s fraudulently issuing personal letters to “approve” vaccines, bypassing the rest of the FDA’s regulatory process.)
Apparently, the outrageous vaccine fraud now being committed by the Biden regime was too much for even lifelong FDA vaccine advocates.
Now, Dr. Marion Gruber, director of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s vaccines office, and her deputy, Dr. Philip Krause have both resigned, accusing the White House and CDC of pushing booster shots without supporting data. But a more informed analysis of the timing of their resignations arrives at the conclusion that they know about the criminal indictments that are coming against the genocidal vaccine mass murderers, and they want no part in the post-vaccine “Nuremberg 2.0” trials that will indict and prosecute hundreds of former government officials for their role in crimes against humanity.
After the Nuremberg trials following World War II, several scientists and doctors were sentenced to death for their role in the coordinated mass murder of six million Jews. Today, the CDC, White House, UN and vaccine makers are trying to mass murder billions of human beings.

Red Cross says vaccinated cannot donate blood plasma because the vaccine wipes out antibodies
In other fascinating news, the Red Cross has publicly announced that vaccinated individuals are prohibited from donating blood for certain plasma applications because, “the vaccine wipes out those antibodies,” according to a local newscast (and Red Cross documents, see below).

If you receive any type of COVID vaccine, you are not eligible to donate convalescent plasma with the Red Cross. One of the Red Cross requirements for plasma from routine blood and platelet donations that test positive for high-levels of antibodies to be used as convalescent plasma is that it must be from a donor that has not received a COVID-19 vaccine. This is to ensure that antibodies collected from donors have sufficient antibodies directly related to their immune response to a COVID-19 infection and not just the vaccine, as antibodies from an infection and antibodies from a vaccine are not the same.
It looks like people who receive spike protein injections actually have contaminated blood that poses a very real health threat to others.

As the researchers expected, two of the antibodies bound strongly to damaged lung cells—and one of those bound strongly to healthy cells as well. In fact, the antibody that could bind to healthy human lung cells, REGN10987, killed nearly half the pups.
“This is a very troubling finding,” says Zoey O’Toole, a vaccine safety advocate who has a background in physics and engineering and who reviewed the study carefully. “It should give anyone pause, especially pregnant women.”
So even if the vaccines “work” and produce antibodies, those antibodies can then attack your healthy cells. This explains why so many people who have taken the deadly vaccines are having their brains eaten alive by their own bodies, turning them into real-life “vaccine zombies.”
