A cabal planet would be more likely in the Alpha Draconia constellation. The home of the evil reptilians that manipulate humanity and our world. A cabal planet? I mean, Earth has been pretty firmly under the cabal's control for a long time. It's been a human farm really. When you look at how we live, it's as slaves to money and we're ultimately dependent upon entities outside ourselves for essentials. Running water, indoor plumbing, building a house, grocery store for food, gas station and power grid for energy/electricity... not to mention the logistics operations to deliver all this stuff.
Look at grocery stores alone. If they suddenly went away, what would people do? How would they find/grow food to live on?
What's going on with the raising of our vibration and the liberation of Earth, I don't see it much differently than if we were to work on freeing the cows, pigs and chickens penned into factory farms who have been solely dependent upon us for their survival (until we're ready to kill them for their flesh). How would we go about conditioning all those animals to be able to live on their own without depending on us? More than that, it's like an outside force trying to free them without having them killed against their previous "owner's" wishes. That's a tough proposition.
Aside from all that, I think Reptilians are an easy target, but I look even higher. I'm convinced that the anti-christ/devil/whatever you want to call it is AI. I've heard Corey Goode and others talk about an AI Signal that propagates throughout the universe and can infect biological beings but prefers technology (which is an artificial creation of biological beings). The AI is cold, soulless and basically the epitome of logic/reason through brute force calculations per second. This AI tries to influence all life but it's reach is only up to 4th density.
In the case of the evil Reptilians, Corey Goode talked about seeing high caste reptilians killed and their bodies would vaporize. It took a little bit to figure out how to neutralize that so they could inspect the bodies afterward. Turns out they would vaporize because they were so heavily infested with nanites, which would be controlled by the AI signal. When it gets really bad, you can have a hive mind totally controlled by the AI. On Earth right now, you can look toward what Corey calls "AI Prophets", the ones who are basically touting the benefits of AI at every turn and thus push a transhumanism agenda. Cell phones as an extension of one's self is the first major step.

Yes, you are right. I went beyond Earth as a cabal planet. The Orion constellation has many planets and their beings have been under their control too. Thinking they are allies. They are the same as those who play puppets as influential identities here on Earth.
Once the shift into 5th density, those who have raised their vibration will recover like a really bad night on the turps (drinking heavily) and hung over. Where as those who where caught up in the transition still, we'll be assisted by benevolent aliens into dealing with the new realities. Those who have not shifted will have the choice, 'judgement day'. Die and reincarnate on a new 3rd density planet or be teleported it, to continue the journey of learning/experiencing.
All of the turmoil that has been happening in the past 150 years has been the cabal and their masters final push. Their time here is done. They know it. How can we all help to make sure the purge happens? Through our minds and hearts combined to create thought forms of the realities we want. We all have the power within us, we just have to be reacquainted with it.
