The guy getting harassed by the cops has every right to question his authority and position in what he is trying to make the guy filming do. The cop has no leg and legal obligation to do jack squat. So he threatens filming guy with jail and plenty of other bullshit excuses because he knows nothing but intimidation.
What part is right and what part is wrong?
The filming guy is right, the cop is wrong. |
