Sharing what i know that may be helpful in someway for somebody.
There is two aspects of the divine having to do with what i have to share.
1. Divine masculine represents a deep silence in the mind. This silence is like gravity to your feet. it holds you in that without effort.
2. Divine feminine represents a joy in the body and mind. She is a current that activates the nervous system and expresses through that in joy in the body and mind. effortless.
These things one can become open to. It can happen to people whom know nothing about spirituality, or religion. Or of course people whom have dedicated themselves in some way for the purpose of spirituality or even this specifically.
Things that seem to help one become open to it.
Meditation, pranayama, yoga, exercise, shaktipat(energy transmissions), trance, and the list goes on.
Things that i used to help me become open to it.
Meditation, shaktipat as in energy transmissions from a guru, pranayama, exercise, trance, and music.
For me i started from the feminine side. I am more naturally open to the current. Over time coming into this over and over. she begins to make a home for herself in you. so it started with moments of her joy, to minutes, to periods of time, to permanent. One attracts the other. The feminine attracts the masculine. as does the masculine attracts the feminine. joy brings the silence. silence brings the joy. over time.
Some call this kundalini awakening. for me it wasn't peaches and cream. it was actually the hardest thing i had ever gone through. as much more goes on during the process than the simple things i brought up
anyways i put this here and maybe one day it will help someone.
