It means when the (trafficked) children come across the Mexican border family here can't take them in until it is decided what is to be done with them. Now Department of Health and Human Services (child traffickers) will take them into custody. They will disappear.

That is so messed up. Family in the States can't take them because the authorities can't decide what to do with them? Putting the agenda aside, isn't the children's fate already decided by the State side families? Too fucked up and sick.

On the flip side, all this bullshit happening in the world will do one of two things;
1. It will tear us a new one and life and humanity will no longer be as we know it now.

The change will come. We all need to combine our thoughts with our hearts and produce within ourselves the feeling that it is an has happened. This where positive change will occur. When we attract the love we need in the world and focus on that rather than the problem. Yes be aware of it, the bullshit, but don't give it the energy for it to give it life. Focus on the positive.
