Still can't see any pics. Maybe it's my browser?

Still can't see any pics. Maybe it's my browser? Still can't see any pics. Maybe it's my browser? No, it's not your browser. It's the relationship between this site and the paint site. It does work for a while, then for some reason it decides to stop working.
This is the closest I could find. We will have cream trim with this as we have cream kitchen cupboards and cream vertical blinds in the house.

A break from painting, I decided to smash myself in a different way by cutting up some more firewood in preparation for winter. Even though it doesn't get close to freezing here we still get down below 5 deg celsius. I am absolutely wrecked.

Very nice color then! We're getting into spring & I'm itching to get outside to do some work but it's still on the cool side to do too much.

Once done with the painting, we will be replacing all the upstairs doors with these.
After that we will be replacing 40year old carpet & underlay with some laminate flooring like this
And a small and large feature wall like this

It will look very nice when you are done. We used to have a wood stove. Now we have a pellet stove.

It will look very nice when you are done. We used to have a wood stove. Now we have a pellet stove. Last year, we updated our dilapidated combustion wood heater. Got about 3 weeks worth of heat from the new one. Can't wait for this winter.

I don't care for wood stoves. We had one when I was growing up & it can be so fickle. Plus, I don't care for the smoke smell at all lol But I do know many people who wouldn't trade it for anything.

No smoke out of a combustion wood heater. If the wood is dry as, there is very little smoke and it only comes out of the chimney. Plus there is nothing more romantic than snuggling up with your loved one watching the fire dance and to hear it gently crackle while your hands go a wandering....
for another glass of wine.... get your mind out of the gutter..
