Rock or water? It depends on your situation. You can be life giving, taking a path of least resistance, fluid and soft like water or be a torrent that washes everything away or wears things down over time. Or you can be like a rock. A solid immovable object, strong hard to crack. Or a foundation that stands firm and very durable. How you use these methods in life is up to you and your situation. When we realise that life is just a game in where we learn lessons, gain experiences, grow our consciousness, we can begin to relax that this is not the be all and end all of all existence. We can remove fear and the ego so we no longer create negative loosh out of fear, we start moving away from the head and focus our attention on the heart. At this point we begin to create a new paradigm and new realities. Remember, we are spiritual beings having a physical experience and not physical beings having a spiritual experience. - Yoda
