That is true, that's why some of us incarnate into lower levels of consciousness to assist with their raising of it. As those that accept the challenge of doing so ascend more rapidly because of the selfless acts of helping others in their ascension process. |

I think heaven and hell are purely states of mind realized on Earth. As reality is created from the inside out, if your mind (inside) is fully focused on the negative, your experience of Earth (outside) will reflect that. Thus, the description of "hell." The same thing works in reverse.
