It could be he is under house arrest and he has no clue of what is going on. ie the tribunals. Just a thought.

I'd think he knows what is going on. The tribunals have been going on since 2018.
I'm wondering if Tom Cruise was making those videos for the same reason.

I'm finishing up on two books Our Lives Beyond MKULTRA and ran across a passage on cloning. She says she has been cloned. Her way of writing can be confusing. She refers to herself not as I but as "we." She is not including the clones in her use of "we."
There were at one time four other three-dimensional versions of me. ...we have encountered at least one of those clones, previously thought to be an alter due to my denial and limited understanding of what we have been through. This occurred despite the fact that upon her initial conscious presentation she was clearly seen and felt as different than the other alters. At that time, my ability to grasp the depth of that difference was severely limited....Her role during that presentation was as a handler for one of our kill alters...
These clones became a part of our experience when I was 27 years old. In that summer of 1989, our personalities were transferred to one of the clones in a facility in New Mexico. I do not know why this took place, though I have suspicions. I also have reason to believe that our original body is no longer alive, as well as one of the cloned bodies, leaving three clones. I am deprogramming in this body while two others remain "active" (in the system) and under programming while working for the programmers and kontrollers (misspelling intended).
We have a terrifying, lucid memory fragment from the mid-2000s of attempting to escape from an underground area in New Mexico before a second switch of bodies took place, when our original personality was put into a second cloned body. We were rounded up by a "recovery team" via helicopter. The reason for this switch may have been that this cloned body would better facilitate their destruction of us as our programming broke down. It is our understanding that this vast facility with tunnels stretching into several states in the Four Corners region had to do with crossing the spiritual aspect of programming with black tech in such a way as to maintain kontrol.
Two of our clones are still "active" and kontrolled by our programmers. We originally numbered five physical beings in total-though not from birth-including the original me from which the other four (clones) came, with two of those four clones currently "active."
We believe the other two have been killed, though i, the front alter, am not absolutely certain from that.
