It's all starting to fall apart at the seams

You can contribute to people's awakening but you have to look at it from a 5D standpoint, not a 3D one.

3D would be what we're doing here.  Using our mind, our logic and so on to type/write/speak out our opinions and formulate the best case we can on a physical/mental level as to why we're seeing things clearly and they're not.   As you mentioned, it doesn't really work, not in a face-to-face or remotely combative or confrontational way.

5D would be holding space for humanity, meditating on the world we want to create, sending love and light to specific people or specific areas and so on.  It also entails doing your own internal work as every little bit of progress made on each individual consciousness enhances the collective consciousness which the sleepers are connected to as well.  Once the collective reaches a certain point, an individual might reach that critical mass (so to speak) and awaken.

Just being you, holding the light and putting it on the ground.  That's how a lot of this has been made possible: starseeds from across the galaxy agreeing to incarnate into human form and forget everything they knew about themselves so that they may eventually re-learn and be able to hold the light on the planet.  It shifts the collective consciousness toward the light which makes so many other things possible on the physical level.  That's the way I see it anyway.

It goes against the egoic approach of needing to produce this or reach that many people with a certain message, book, TV show or whatever, which I've struggled with.  I've come to accept that I'm helping the whole of humanity shift toward the light by me just being able to see the truth, explore and contemplate it and then put it to work in my own life through doing my own shadow work and so on. I don't need to produce some worldly artifact to do that.  And through my work on myself, I'll never know who or how many people I've directly helped to awaken or whatever which is pretty much the definition of "service to others."

And besides, "awakening" is just the beginning of the journey.  I don't think we need to quantify our success or not based on that.  In my time exploring myself and what I want to do, I'd prefer to form personal relationships with people and help enable profound healing in them as opposed to (for example) writing a book that a million people read but only a tiny fraction of those really "get it."  Of course those don't have to be mutually exclusive.
