States can refuse. They are independent of the federal government. Tho fed government will "punish" them by withholding funding on other things or pull another deep freeze and cut off water and electricity like they did a few months ago. An example is marijuana. Some states have voted to allow Marijuana, Oregon has also just passed small amounts of cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine, I believe. Federal government still considers these schedule one narcotics. link

I suppose if the morality of the individual making that call to not go down the Nazi state road, then it would be worth it. As the people from the state will have been liberated from that instance of tyranny.

This is what I said it was on SF and got shot down for it. Once again I had trampled on peoples sensitive and fragile perceptions given to them by MSM. I told everyone that read what I had to say that it was just a over hyped, over rated flu. Now here is the proof.

Last night (local time) I came across an article on my preferred bullshit MSM news site, was that they had a story how coranvirus can be transmitted as airborne. Since then they have taken the story down.
What they don't know, as many people don't, is that they are glorifying the cold and flu. It is that simple. How come we never here of a cold or flu case? Because every test that is a false positive or positive is that of the common cold and flu virus.
