How do you start your meditations? to you imagine a white light around you? or walking across steps? I thought for the first little while I'll try a visual nature walk and take in the sight sounds smells etc.

hey, since there doesn't seem to be guided visual journey meditation around, are there any volunteers to help me develop such a thing? See if it works What kind of guided meditation are you thinking about developing? Such as walking through a forest or beach? Or another type of journey? Im very much down to assist however I am able to I meditate daily a few times and am always open to new ways of expanding my consciousness and connecting with Source.
Reading your initial post, I feel as though it would be beneficial for you especially since you feel as though you were damaged by false spirituality previously. If we created our own meditative principles, we could work on healing you and raising your vibration to be accepting of this new journey. Let me know how I can help
Thank you for posting Zimcat, you are loved and appreciated <3
I had a couple of ideas. One would be to enter a dreamlike state where you are being led through this "dream" while your mind "animates" what is around you. Another was finding a way for two people to find eachother in these "dreams" or to experience a similar dream

I was hoping to do some work on guided visual journeys without the use of LSD. Could you suggest some books for beginners to get started? Or some videos specific to this?

Looking for some general information for someone new to this. I was introduced to the Idea of meditative "journeys" from Sylvia Brown's books. Unfortunately I got mentally injured by her false spirituality. What I'm looking for now is a way to make peace with that experience by taking on a project that involves visual meditation to turn a negative into a positive
