The situation near Oroville is getting intense as storms threaten to roll in on monday and dump a lot of rain. Warmer temperatures are going to melt the snow and add to the water flow already overflowing most water ways.
There are reports of leves failing and boils appearing in others.

SANTA CLARA COUNTY — Anderson Reservoir reached maximum capacity early Saturday morning and began spilling over for the first time since 2006, the latest sign of this year’s enormously wet winter.

There has been citizen journalism taking place, one very popular one is Sean D. He periscopes and live streams from the dam, around the dam, etc. He gets some very great footage, the other day 500 people were watching and few days back he had 7,000 people. Here's a link

This could become potentially dangerous. I pray for everyone involved. I give respect to the men working on the dam currently, they are flying helicopters in and out dropping rocks and cement.
